Lifetastic Bistro at Hysan Place and PopCorn store recently launched their spring menu, featuring Italian pasta, rice, and main dishes with seafood such as salmon roe, sea urchin, and lobster.
The main dishes include “Hokkaido Salmon Roe and Sea Urchin Spaghetti”, where spaghetti is cooked in lobster broth and served with Hokkaido salmon roe and fresh sea urchin, resulting in a rich and flavorful taste with layers of flavors. “Boston Lobster Risotto” is also cooked in lobster broth, with rice grains that are full of soup and have a thick texture, topped with smooth Boston lobster meat, perfect for seafood lovers!
“The creamy black garlic sauce enhances the rich and tender texture of the white cod, highlighting its sweet and fresh flavor. For vegetarians, there is also the option of the “Australian Eggplant Vegetable Spaghetti”, which combines Australian eggplant with cherry tomatoes, corn shoots, and other vegetables for a refreshing and delicious dish.”
