Recommended “Slow-cooked shredded pork belly with scrambled eggs and French pancakes” ($118), slow-cooked tender pork belly mixed with the egg sauce of the scrambled eggs, juicy and rich in egg flavor. “Double shrimp salad with French pancakes” ($138) has plenty of fresh and delicious shrimp, accompanied by sakura shrimp for a more fragrant taste.
The taste pairing of pasta is also thoughtfully done. The “Thai-style spicy creamy fried soft-shell crab” ($162) combines cream sauce with Thai flavors such as lemongrass, and the whole soft-shell crab is fried to a golden and crispy perfection.
Dessert lovers should pay attention to the cake counter, which offers a variety of cakes and desserts, including individual-sized original cheesecakes, tiramisu in cups, matcha roll cakes, etc. They are perfect when paired with coffee or specialty drinks.
