Participants can enjoy a one-hour experience led by a professional tea master, where they can taste the entire range of Fortnum’s classic tea collection, such as Jade Oolong, Himalayan Red Tea, Matcha, etc. They will also learn about the history and culture of tea from different regions, as well as how to bring out the flavors of each tea. Tea enthusiasts who are interested can make a reservation for this experience!

In addition, 181 Fortnum & Mason brings a limited-time menu in March that incorporates tea into the dishes, allowing you to enjoy the aroma and flavor of tea! This includes “Italian-style thinly sliced beef with Fortnum’s Lapsang Souchong, French smoked yogurt, and enoki mushrooms.” The Italian-style thinly sliced beef in this dish is made from British beef sourced from Ashdale Farm in West England, and it is infused with the smoky flavor of Fortnum’s Lapsang Souchong. The smoky grilled flavor of the French yogurt permeates the entire dish!

The wine is also infused with tea flavors. The three limited edition World Tea Cocktails include the pre-dinner drink “Study In Pink” which combines the fragrant Fortnum’s Rose Pouchong Tea; “ALBA – HK” which combines Fortnum’s Jasmine Dragon Pearls Green Tea, black truffle absinthe, and Italian Piedmont wormwood liqueur; and the cocktail “Tribute” which combines the smoky flavor of Fortnum’s Lapsang Souchong, refreshing ginger, and Fortnum’s own Salisbury honey, creating a perfectly balanced taste.
