4 varieties of savory snacks are served with caviar, including cod crab with ossetra caviar, compressed caviar slices with milk soft cheese and oatmeal cookies, homemade smoked salmon mini pancakes with caviar, and scallop tartare with cauliflower puree and salmon caviar, each with its own unique flavor. There are also 6 exquisite desserts, including black sesame honey sponge cake, rose lychee strawberry mousse cake, jasmine cheese pear mousse cake, green tea blood orange mango mille-feuille cake, and chocolate orange mousse crisp.
