The “Delicate Handmade Tart Series” comes in two sizes, standard and mini (standard HK$360/box; mini HK$240/box). The gift box set includes 12 different flavors, including the new flavor “Purple Sweet Potato Matcha Mochi Tart,” which features a mousse made from Jinggang Matcha at the bottom of the tart, paired with purple sweet potato paste, mochi, and white chocolate, creating a sweet and not overly rich taste.
Another new flavor, “Matcha Black Bean Tart,” uses black beans from Hokkaido to make a rich and fragrant black bean mousse. Combined with matcha mirror glaze, dark chocolate, and butter cookie tart base, it brings a multi-layered texture. In addition, there are also flavors such as Tie Guan Yin tea mochi chocolate, Oolong grapefruit, lemon meringue, tiramisu, and double chocolate.
The gift box of the “Classic New York Cookie Series” comes with 6 flavors per box. You can choose between “Molten” (HK$180/box) and “Soft Center” (HK$150/box) cookies. The “Molten” flavors include S’more marshmallow, hazelnut chocolate, peanut caramel, and red velvet cream cheese. The “Soft Center” flavors include marble matcha cranberry, Oreo blueberry, roasted tea almond raisin, and sea salt chocolate. It’s full of surprises.
