A variety of durian desserts including “Durian Glutinous Rice with Musang King Flesh”, Musang King flesh is golden and full, with a rich and soft glutinous rice, providing a satisfying texture. “Durian Almond Crisp” incorporates rich durian mousse, crispy and fragrant.
The “Durian Custard Pineapple Bun” is a baked bun with a golden crispy crust, soft bread, and a secret durian custard filling that oozes with the fragrance of durian. Other desserts include durian cheese tart, durian pandan roll, pandan durian glutinous rice cake, and durian ice cream made with Mao Shan Wang and D24 durians.
In addition, during dinner time and weekend brunch hours (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), The Market buffet restaurant offers freshly opened premium Japanese oysters with a refreshing taste, accompanied by a variety of special sauces.
