Two branches will launch a Valentine’s Day limited set menu (HK$788 for two people) from February 11th to 14th, including ginger lobster soup, appetizers, main courses, and beverages. The seafood platter for the appetizer includes Boston lobster, scallops, mussels, and clams, while the other appetizer is a pan-fried crab cake salad with handmade crab cakes and mixed vegetable salad, served with a special sauce for a rich flavor.
You can choose one main course, including Champagne Beef Wellington with Vegetable Leaves Wrapped Deep Sea Bass and Salmon Fillet, wrapped in puff pastry for a dual texture. There is also a grilled New Zealand lamb rack with a savory sauce, as well as a tender and smooth Beef Wellington, where the beef is seared and coated with a layer of mushroom paste, wrapped in puff pastry, and evenly brushed with egg wash before baking for a rich and flavorful taste.
If you want to enjoy desserts, you can get a special offer of HK$188, which includes a Valentine’s Day limited edition heart-shaped strawberry watermelon cake for 2 people.
