Cheesecake lovers should seize the opportunity to stock up!

Although the Hong Kong limited edition store may not offer the freshly made desserts available at the Tokyo flagship store, fans can still satisfy their cravings with a variety of cheesecakes and retail products directly imported from Japan. First and foremost is the popular number one “Chilk Farm Milk Bottle Cheesecake,” which can be considered the brand’s flagship product!

Each small glass bottle has three layers. The bottom layer is a New York-style cheesecake made with homemade sour cream. The middle layer is a milk cheesecake made with 100% Hokkaido pure milk cheese. These two layers are baked and then left to naturally ferment for a day before being topped with cream cheese and fresh cream to make the cream cheesecake. It takes a lot of time and effort to make! The most classic flavor is, of course, the original flavor ($59/1 bottle, $336/6 bottles), and later on, three limited edition flavors will be introduced ($62/1 bottle), including strawberry, matcha, and hojicha.

To taste the original cake, choose the “Extra Thick Fresh Cream Cheesecake” ($236) and the “Oreo Cookie Extra Thick Fresh Cream Cheesecake” ($279), made with Hokkaido Tokachi cream cheese and grass-fed cow milk cream from Genkai. The high fat content of the cream gives it an especially creamy texture. The cakes are frozen and directly imported from Japan, so remember to place them in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours before enjoying to achieve the best creamy and rich flavor. The Oreo flavor already has cookies in the base of the cake, and additional cookies are provided for customers to decorate themselves.

Another hot-selling product is the “Grilled Cheese Cake Bar” priced at $35 for 1 bar, and $266 for an 8-bar box. Made with Hokkaido cheese and baked to perfection, it comes in individual packaging for easy portability. There are also other products such as cheese tart, tote bags with handle straps, and milk bottle keychains. Cheese lovers shouldn’t miss out on these!
