The lobby restaurant PitStop at the Royal Park Hotel in Sha Tin introduces the “Pink Sweetness • Fruity Afternoon Tea” featuring wild berries and fragrant peaches, bringing a refreshing and sweet pink dessert experience.
Selected savory pastries include the tangy and appetizing “Strawberry Pink Shrimp Cocktail”, the rich-textured “Peach Smoked Salmon Mousse Tart”, and the “Rose Champagne Scallop Puff Box” which is made with a sauce mixed with rose champagne and pan-fried until golden brown, with tender and sweet whole scallops, served with flaky pastry.
Recommended dessert “Raspberry White Chocolate Tart” with rich chocolate filled with fresh raspberries, bringing a double flavor. There are also light and refreshing “White Peach Hokkaido Cream Roll” and rich fruity “Cranberry Agar with Blueberries” and other desserts.
