Kowloon Shangri-La collaborates with skincare brand HABA to launch the “Blooming Beauty” afternoon tea, inspired by the Deep Hydration Essence and Squalane Shampoo series.
The elegant golden birdcage is filled with eight savory and sweet delicacies, featuring lavender, cherry blossoms, and white peonies. These include slow-cooked abalone with ginger and lavender, Spanish ham with arugula and herb sauce on lavender bagels, lavender yuzu macarons, and cherry blossom strawberry cheesecake tarts.
In the afternoon tea, you can also enjoy freshly baked sakura sugar winter melon muffins and traditional English original muffins. If you choose to dine in, you can enjoy a seasonal fruit platter and selected tea or coffee. For every two afternoon tea sets purchased, each guest will receive a HABA gift redemption voucher and a skincare treatment redemption letter.
