Kam Tin Sheng Fat Bakery, with a history of 60 years, is one of them. The owner, who is also the master baker, is already in his seventies but still insists on personally making pastries every day.

The cream cones and giant butterfly pastries, which have sold over a thousand, have a good reputation. Therefore, every holiday, there is always a crowd, especially in the afternoon. The cream cones are baked one after another to accommodate the neighbors and customers from outside the area.

In addition to popular products, traditional New Year’s oil utensils are also launched before the Lunar New Year. In addition to commonly seen smiling jujubes and sesame bars, there are also beautifully crafted sugar rings, which look interconnected and require special molds for production. They have a pleasing appearance and auspicious meaning. The main ingredients are glutinous rice flour and sugar, and when fried, they have a crispy and fluffy texture.
