Pink Tea set that you can check in! Harbour Grand Hong Kong’s Three on Canton recently launched a new pink “pot” heart afternoon tea, which includes pink pastries and pink chocolate hot pot!
The main pink chocolate hot pot features a variety of ingredients such as marshmallows, honeydew melon, strawberries, and mini cheesecakes, creating a warm and cozy winter flavor. In addition, there are 11 savory and sweet pastries with pink or orange themes, delicately small in size. The recommended dessert is the “strawberry jelly,” which combines smooth and silky jelly with fresh and juicy strawberries, creating a sweet and appetizing taste. The “pink fruit tart” is made with smooth and creamy ganache sauce topped with a variety of fresh fruits, emitting a refreshing fruity aroma. There are also “raspberry treasure,” “orange chocolate cake,” “selected macarons,” and more.
In terms of savory options, there is the “Rose-shaped Beetroot and Salmon Toast,” which has a rich flavor, and the “Apricot and Ham Cheese Roll,” which is also flavorful. The pairing of the “Black Chocolate Braised Beef Puff Box” is surprising, with a crispy pastry that is fragrant and melts in your mouth.
