Choose from a selection of American barbecue dishes marinated in Dan Ryan’s classic secret barbecue sauce, including American sauce grilled chicken (HK$198), 16-hour slow-smoked hand-carved beef brisket (HK$228), grilled pork tenderloin (HK$168), and 6-hour slow-roasted hand-pulled pork, tender and juicy. The American barbecue platter (HK$168) includes smoked hand-carved beef brisket, grilled pork tenderloin, and roasted hand-pulled pork (HK$168).
