Black truffle and caviar afternoon tea! Festive upgraded savory snacks/with caviar tasting platter.

The Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel in Hong Kong has once again collaborated with French caviar and truffle brand Plantin Kaviari to launch a new “Black Diamond Caviar” afternoon tea at the lobby lounge. Selected black truffle and caviar from Plantin Kaviari are incorporated into the savory snacks, and for the month of December, a “Festive Edition” tea set is also available, featuring upgraded seasonal savory items such as “Plantin Truffle Wild Mushroom Soup with Mushroom Mousse” and “Smoked Salmon with Kaviari White Sturgeon Caviar, Salted Egg Yolk, and Pickled Cucumber”.

As for desserts, there are options like “Milk Chocolate Lingling Cake with Hazelnut Meringue and Tropical Fruit Cream”, “Bellini Macaron with White Peach Cream and Champagne Jelly”, “Winter Fruit Cake with Chestnut Paste”, and “Pistachio Raspberry Cake”. Our homemade English scones now come in strawberry flavor, served with French jam and cream.

In addition to afternoon tea, the lobby lounge also offers a special Kaviari Caviar tasting platter (HK$168), which includes crystal diamond caviar, ossetra sturgeon caviar, and white sturgeon caviar, allowing you to taste three different flavors at once!
