A pink-themed Instagrammable restaurant, Lady Nara, known for its Thai-style cuisine, has recently collaborated with Korean Clean Beauty skincare brand su:m37° to launch the “Goddess Diamond Glow” afternoon tea!
Tea set is served on a mirrored tray, perfect for taking photos! The Thai-style snacks and desserts in it are infused with Korean elements, and various dishes also incorporate healthy ingredients such as Korean black garlic, hibiscus, and flaxseeds. The “Flower Snack Platter” is wrapped in Korean seaweed and Thai lotus leaves, filled with various ingredients such as Korean grilled pork belly slices, Lady Nara’s signature crispy fried popcorn chicken, and accompanied by kimchi, dried shrimp, fried shallots, and pickled red onions. Finally, it is dipped in flavorful black garlic yuzu sauce, creating a rich and layered taste. There are also “Kimchi Shrimp Rolls” and “Winter Shade Egg Salad Sandwich”.
There is a “Black Garlic Truffle Chocolate” in the shape of a lollipop, and the “Black and White Chocolate Mousse” has a smooth texture with a sprinkle of gold stars on top. For afternoon tea, there are two flavors of English scones, including Thai-style pandan flaxseed flavor and Korean-style yuzu flavor. The scones have a crispy exterior and a soft interior, served with homemade citrus jam and whipped cream for a refreshing taste.
