Prince’s new Café homemade sinful and healthy dishes! Coriander burger / croissant egg waffle / lobster cheese pasta

The newly opened Chill Pill in Prince Edward offers a variety of dishes, including a range of sinful options as well as fresh and healthy Japanese set meals! It turns out that the owner deliberately created a menu that balances indulgence with health, knowing that Hong Kongers can’t resist fries, pancakes, cheese, desserts, etc. when they go to a café. However, among friends or couples, there is always someone who prefers lighter fare. Therefore, they also offer Japanese set meals where you can freely choose your main dish, side dish, and accompaniments. What’s most impressive is that most of the sauces and ingredients are homemade, so not only is it Instagram-worthy, but the taste is also top-notch.

First, introduce the evil series, “Chill Doxy Beef Burger with Cilantro Shake Shake Fries” ($148), fries control and cilantro party are going to scream, fries are served in a paper bag, pour in the cilantro powder provided, shake shake shake to mix the powder evenly, open the bag and it smells fragrant. The cilantro powder is ground from cilantro stems at home, the taste is very prominent, and the burger has a large pile of fresh cilantro, as well as homemade cilantro sauce, the fat-to-lean ratio of the beef is specially adjusted by the café and supplier, fragrant and juicy.

“Cheese Macaroni” Crab Roe ($98), Baked Cheese Boston Lobster ($176), macaroni soaked in cheese and cream sauce, with a crispy texture on the surface, paired with lobster meat for a satisfying bite. “Fried Chicken and Maple Syrup Pancakes” ($108) with fluffy and perfectly thick pancakes, soaked in maple syrup for a sweet taste, with a runny egg yolk flowing out when cut, and crispy and juicy fried chicken.

“Uji Matcha Eggette (Croissant Eggette)” ($78) presses croissant dough into an eggette shape, retaining the buttery aroma and crispy layers of the croissant. Served with matcha ice cream, red bean mochi, matcha sauce, and yuzu honey flavor.

If you want to eat healthier, try our mix & match Matchy Combo ($118, additional charges may apply for some ingredients).

Choose one type of Carbs: Japanese pearl rice, bonito soup udon, shiso soy vinegar soba noodles.
Choose two main dishes: miso halibut, seared oilfish, homemade minced chicken roll, wagyu beef, slow-cooked char siu, homemade hand-cut fried shrimp squid balls, etc.
Vegetables or eggs: wasabi yam pickles, herb-roasted pumpkin, soy sauce okra pickles, rice vinegar lotus root pickles, mentaiko Japanese omelette, salmon roe scrambled eggs.

Beverages have both evil and refreshing options. The “Peanut Butter Milk Cap Fresh Milk Coffee” ($50) blends peanut butter into milk cap, although it sounds evil, it’s not too sweet in taste. Another eye-catching option is the “Coconut Coconut OR OR!” ($45), with coconut flavor and pineapple juice, like a non-alcoholic pina colada.

The café has a large window, comfortable sofa chairs and wooden coffee tables next to it, and the small decorations inside the store also feel cozy. Sitting here is really chill.
