Wan Chai Hidden Garden Café Opens New Takeaway Shop! Bagel Breakfast/High Quality Healthy Bento/Signature Tiramisu

In the area by the sea where there are many commercial buildings and hotels in Wan Chai, there is a spacious and comfortable garden surrounded by greenery. During lunch hour, many office workers sit on wooden chairs to eat takeout lunches, which is more leisurely than crowded restaurants! The garden has a snack kiosk that has just been transformed into a café takeout shop, a branch of Blossom Coffee, which already has branches in Sai Wan and Kowloon City!

Blossom Coffee starts serving breakfast at 8 am, with five bagel options including cream cheese, tomato and grilled cheese, smoked salmon, avocado, etc. At 11:30, it switches to the main menu, offering only five dishes, but covering a variety of salads, seafood, vegetarian, and vegan options, using healthy ingredients like quinoa, brown rice, and homemade sauces, ensuring a healthy and flavorful dining experience.

“Fish, Shrimp, Crab Rice” $68 rough rice covered with smoked salmon, shrimp, crab meat, and crab roe; “Chicken, Bean Rice” $68 slow-cooked chicken breast, roasted chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, salad, both are generous portions.

Vegetarians will be very happy when they arrive. The pure vegetarian option “Dandan minced meat rice bowl” is $58, made with soybeans seasoned with Dandan, accompanied by grilled tofu, pickled white radish, peanuts, brown rice, and salad. For vegetarians, there is “Tianbei meat sauce lasagna” for $78, made with zucchini slices made into “lasagna”, topped with plenty of homemade tomato sauce, three kinds of cheese, and Tianbei. It is baked hot and spicy, with a rich flavor and texture that is top-notch.

Finally, there is also Blossom’s signature dessert, the “Tiramisu” for $58, perfect as a post-meal dessert or to bring back to the office for afternoon tea! As for drinks, there are various types of coffee and different flavors of lattes, as well as hibiscus tea and oolong tea.
