Cocktails have always had a lot of variations and creative combinations, and the Central restaurant Heimat by Peter Find, which specializes in German cuisine, has teamed up with the German felt wine brand Monkey 47 to launch a two-week limited menu.
Pairing menu with 5 German dishes paired with 4 Monkey 47 gin cocktails, including Monkey 47’s Gin & Tonic paired with “Grilled scallops with samphire salad, charred lemon and grapefruit”, bringing out the freshness of the scallops.
“The Blue Lobster with Citrus Soup and Braised Vegetables” is paired with the Mini 50/50 cocktail, made with the limited edition 2019 Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut gin, along with vermouth, Manzanilla sherry, and white wine vinegar, creating a delicate flavor.
In addition, there is “Smoked Black Forest Ham Foam, with 58-degree Slow-cooked Egg and Stir-fried Mushrooms”, “Beef Brisket with Three Types of Onions and Handmade German Pasta”, and finally concluding with freshly baked “Apple Cinnamon Golden Treasure Cake”, followed by a sip of classic Sloe Negroni, pairing dessert with wine to end on a perfect note.
