Hotel buffet with Cantonese flavors x Kaiseki cuisine! “Japanese ingredients, Chinese cooking” braised Wagyu beef / abalone stewed with sea cucumber / various Japanese delicacies

The Café at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong collaborates with “Chinese Culinary Master” Chef Yin Dagang to launch the “Autumn Harvest. New Taste” Japanese buffet dinner, an officially certified event by the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong’s “Japan Autumn Festival in Hong Kong – Rediscover the Charm.”

A variety of dishes are cooked with “Japanese ingredients in Chinese style”, incorporating seasonal premium ingredients directly imported from Japan. Delicacies that blend traditional Cantonese flavors with kaiseki cuisine include stewed wild sea cucumber with dried scallop soup, braised Wagyu beef brisket, pork belly with crab roe, and chestnut curry chicken. These specialty dishes are served on a rotating basis.

In addition, you can taste over ten seasonal selected sashimi and sushi, warm Japanese chawanmushi, specialty skewers, okonomiyaki, crispy tempura and other delicacies.
