Modern small bar Brazil Japan Fusion! Signature grilled whole octopus tentacles, holiday brunch enjoy seafood barbecue.

Although it is still November, many restaurants have already begun preparing for Christmas next month, and the modern Brazilian-Japanese fusion restaurant Uma Nota has also launched a holiday menu.

First, there is the “Chef’s Feast,” which includes signature dishes such as grilled whole octopus tentacles with red pepper salsa, seasonal smoked pork shoulder with edamame vinegar sauce, and the option to add grilled lobster with miso sauce and pickled green papaya for an additional cost.

There is also a holiday brunch, including a variety of fresh seafood and grilled meats, with selected dishes such as grilled octopus balls in sauce, fresh green mussels cooked in sauce, smoked pork scapula with edamame vinegar sauce, Brazilian baked sea bass with green miso and coconut milk, and a signature dessert platter to satisfy the second stomach!

The “Christmas Tasting Menu” available only on December 25th and 26th includes dishes such as salmon with passion fruit mango sauce and salmon roe, sweet shrimp fried corn cakes, shiso spicy tuna rolls, roasted suckling pig with Japanese pear puree, charcoal-grilled 21-day aged ribeye steak with cassava flour and Brazilian vinegar sauce, Brazilian baked grouper cooked in coconut milk, and ending with a Christmas mango caramel cake.
