Among them are the “Blueberry Cheesecake Tart,” sweet with a hint of savory cheese; the “Blueberry Almond Danish Pastry,” baked to a golden crisp with rich layers; as well as the smooth “Blueberry Mousse Chocolate Crunch” and “Blueberry Finger Sandwich.” The “Blueberry English Scones” are served with blueberry fruit and a hint of buttery aroma.
The savory options with blueberries include “Escargot Puff Pastry Box,” crispy and delicious, with a mix of sweet and sour blueberry sauce bringing out a French flavor; while the deep-fried “Seafood Spring Rolls with Blueberry Sauce” have a crunchy texture, paired with appetizing blueberry sauce, sweeping away any greasiness. Afternoon tea includes two refreshing Sky Blue Pineapple Sodas, and can also be upgraded with a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne for an additional HK$88.
