The newly opened CRUST Sorrento coastal Italian dessert cafe and restaurant at the Tseung Kwan O waterfront promenade is another place to check in and discover delicious food! The restaurant is set in light blue and bright white tones, complemented by mosaic tiles, hanging green plant decorations, and a relaxing sunny atmosphere.
CRUST Sorrento specializes in Neapolitan pizza, including “Sisona Pizza” topped with buffalo mozzarella, yellow cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, and basil pesto; the Carbonara Pizza with bacon and egg cream; and the “Tartufo Pizza” as a vegetarian option, topped with mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, buffalo mozzarella, and truffles.
“The Italian Herb Bread Sandwich” is filled with “Italian soft cheese, mortadella Italian sausage, and pistachios”, “eggplant with tomato sauce and ricotta cheese”, and “buffalo cheese and tomatoes”. There is also a special baked Italian sandwich that is one foot long, with options including “Italian cured ham smoked cheese sandwich”, “smoked salmon avocado cream lettuce pickled onion sandwich”, etc.
