Located in Central, LPM Restaurant & Bar, a French-Chinese fusion restaurant, has recently launched a new permanent menu featuring 9 delicious dishes inspired by Southern French home cooking, with a fresh taste.
Among them, the “Sea Bream Tata” is recommended, cooked with cucumber, purple onions, Mexican chili peppers, perilla, white radish, and lemon juice, topped with fresh sea urchin directly imported from Japan; the “King Crab Caviar Risotto” highlights the crab flavor with shellfish, white wine, and Parmesan cheese, while the “Shrimp-Infused Pan-Seared Anglerfish with Spinach Sprouts” is rich and flavorful.
In addition to seafood dishes, there is also “French-style grilled pork chop with dinosaur kale”, the pork used is relatively low in fat and tender, with visible marbling. The pork chop is marinated with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and chili powder before cooking, melting in the mouth, while the dinosaur kale is crispy in texture.
The new menu also introduces the dessert “Fig Tart”, with a crispy tart shell paired with fresh figs, fig jam, vanilla ice cream, cocoa crumbs, and caramel sauce, rich in layers.
