This autumn, there are many crab roe dishes, even the handmade pasta shop Pici has launched a limited edition “Hairy Crab Roe Handmade Pasta”, which will be available during dinner hours starting from November 5th, and will be sold at designated days in each branch, limited to 30 servings per night.
“The handmade round noodles with Hairy Crab Roe” are made with handmade Italian noodles paired with rich and delicate Hairy Crab roe and meat, as well as garlic, rich ginger clam broth, and Shaoxing wine. The ginger clam broth and yellow wine help balance the cold nature of the Hairy Crab, while the Italian noodles are also quite flavorful, with each bite having a thick and rich taste.
