Kowloon City Tea House introduces innovative flavors! Popular Satay Beef French Toast, new addition of LOTUS Caramel Biscuit flavor.

This tea house “Paradise” located in the Kowloon City Market Cooked Food Centre, was once praised by Choi Lan as “better than abalone, ginseng, and fish maw”. The authentic tea house food is always guaranteed. The satay beef noodles are a must-order at almost every table, but what really gets people talking is the creative French toast!

Shadia Beef Sando has been launched for over 10 years, and it can be said to be the representative of variation in the beef sandwich. Recently, it has introduced a new flavor using the popular Lotus Biscoff in the dessert world. The “Lotus Biscoff Caramel Sandwich” (HK$40) is sprinkled with a large amount of crushed Biscoff cookies and nuts on the surface, with a Biscoff cookie placed in the corner of the sandwich. It is also topped with a rich and smooth caramel sauce. When you cut it open, you can still feel the bread’s elasticity. The filling is peanut butter, and the overall taste is caramel and nutty without being overly sweet.

In terms of drinks, we recommend red bean ice, which can be paired with coffee, milk tea, or yin yang base. The red beans are distinct and have a sandy texture, and you can enjoy red bean ice while also drinking milk tea or coffee. What a wonderful combination!
