Taiwan’s baking workshop has opened its largest branch in Hong Kong! Zero mistakes in self-service production of professional-style cakes.

“Home.焙小日子” from Taiwan has opened its largest branch in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The studio no longer requires scheduled classes and instead adopts the concept of shared space, allowing guests to arrange their own time freely. They can choose their desired cake style at any time and will be provided with a tablet that contains detailed recipe instructions and videos. The cake ingredients and steps are all very clear.

Guests can go to the ingredient area, mixing area, and baking area to make their own creations. There are also staff members available in each area to assist at any time. Just follow the instructions step by step, even children can do it without making mistakes.

As for cake and dessert styles, simple recipes like cookies and cup cakes only take about one and a half to two hours. Baked matcha sesame chiffon cake and cream cheese cake also only take two hours. Even a three-dimensional melting ice cream cone rainbow cake only takes two and a half hours to make. The three-dimensional arrangement will also be provided by the studio, making the finished product look extremely professional.

The fee is determined by the style of the cake, with most ranging from around HK$300 to HK$400. It’s more enjoyable to play and eat cake than to buy cake!
