Café lifestyle concept store opens in Tsuen Wan! Abundant natural light garden views, pulled cheese pizza/Asian fusion dishes

There are not many cafes where you can sit indoors and sunbathe while enjoying green garden views. The newly opened HOW to live well in Tsuen Wan has the perfect location, situated inside Tsuen Wan Plaza for convenience, and the store is designed like a paradise, very relaxing.

The interior of the store near the window has a high ceiling. In the morning to noon, the sunlight shines into the store, along with the wooden window frames and a large wooden table in the center, creating the most beautiful photo spot in the light and shadow!

There are plenty of convenient food options to choose from, including appetizers, snacks, bread, pizza, pasta, main courses, and more. A sinful choice is the “Six Cheese Pizza” (HK$188), with a thin crispy crust topped with six kinds of cheese, a mix of melted cheeses, eaten hot for a stringy effect, drizzled with honey to bring out a sweet flavor.

Many dishes incorporate elements of Japanese and Thai cuisine, such as the “Osaka-style fries” (HK$88) inspired by Okonomiyaki, topped with bonito flakes and seaweed strips on shoestring fries, served with Osaka-style sauce and mayonnaise. The “Red Beetroot Braised Brown Rice with Vegetable Tempura” (HK$168) uses fresh red beetroot juice to braise brown rice, achieving a perfect balance of softness and sweetness in the rice grains, paired with vegetable tempura, very delicious.

The drink menu includes “Baby Cigar” (HK$78), which mixes espresso, coffee jelly, and tiramisu sauce, topped with ladyfinger biscuits, allowing you to eat and drink at the same time. “Sunset” (HK$68) is made with orange juice, milk, and espresso to create a colorful layer, perfect for enjoying in the sunlight, creating a special and carefree atmosphere.

The new store also has a retail space selling lifestyle groceries and home products, sourced by HOW from Japanese or local Hong Kong brands, including vases, tableware, and small pots. The new store will officially open on October 22, and the first 100 dine-in customers who select a main course on October 22 and 23 can enjoy a complimentary designated drink.
