Fortnum & Mason Autumn Dish! Turbot with Salmon Clear Soup, Butter-Seared Scallops with Crispy Fried Prawns

Recently, I finally felt the autumn, and many restaurants have launched autumn limited edition dishes. From now until October 31, 181 Fortnum & Mason will also bring new autumn British dishes.

This includes the use of Shanghai fresh “Turbot with Girolles and Tomato”, first lightly pan-fried turbot from British waters, then sautéed with French mountain forest chanterelles, and drizzled with a clear soup made from Glenarm salmon, tender and sweet. “Seared Scallops and langoustine with Fennel Puree” scallops are pan-seared to a golden brown in butter, served with crispy fried langoustine from the Scottish coast, accompanied by fennel puree, balancing the texture.

“New Zealand Highland Lamb with Pomme Anna” slow-cooks New Zealand lamb shoulder with fresh herbs, served with duck fat-seared Anna potatoes and seasonal vegetables, finished with a drizzle of lamb jus for added flavor. For a vegan option, try “Pumpkin Risotto with Whipped Tofu and Ginger,” a vegan risotto made with pumpkin, mirin, tofu, and ginger, paired with tangy cranberries for a refreshing taste.
