Tea set featuring “French 70% cocoa chocolate fondue”, paired with strawberries, macarons, and marshmallows, warm and sweet, also includes chocolate desserts “Raspberry Black and White Chocolate Mousse Cake” and “Matcha Chocolate Panna Cotta with Custard Sauce”.
Many of the snacks are made with black truffles, including “Hokkaido Scallop with Black Truffle Cream Sauce Puff Box”, “Foie Gras Toast with Caramelized Apple and Black Truffle”, “Black Truffle Hazelnut Mille-feuille”, “Black Truffle Cheese Foam”, “Smoked Salmon Roll with Black Truffle Sour Cream”, and “Black Truffle Portuguese Egg Tart”.
