SIPTEA and boutique coffee shop JU Coffee join forces to open a new specialty store at Miramar Shopping Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui. The minimalist design of the pure white cottage decor, and the new store will periodically collaborate with local artists to create art decoration check-in spots, as well as bring limited edition collaborative products from different animations such as EVA, Barbie, and more.
The new store offers a variety of new-style tea drinks from 1011 SIPTEA. The “Buckwheat Winter Melon Tea” has a strong wheat aroma and is paired with old-fashioned winter melon. The “Kiwi White Fungus Shaved Ice” uses Taiwanese oolong tea as the base, paired with handcrafted white fungus. The “Buckwheat Cheese Milk Cap” is made with fresh cream cheese, sea salt, and small farmer’s fresh milk to create a rich texture. For milk tea options, there is the “Old-fashioned Pearl Milk Tea,” where you can taste the aroma of black tea and a hint of caramel flavor. There is also the dessert “Signature 1011,” which includes taro paste, taro balls, red beans, green beans, small rice balls, pearls, Job’s tears, and sesame glutinous rice balls.
As for coffee, Pick JU Coffee uses coffee beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, and other places to create coffee such as Nutty Blend and Fruity SOE. There is also the “Dirty” in the “Hidden Menu,” which is available in limited quantities from time to time.
