Central’s Spanish restaurant Ole Spanish specializes in authentic high-quality Spanish cuisine, and its weekend brunch has always been popular and highly praised. To celebrate the restaurant’s 24th anniversary, you can enjoy 8 courses starting at just HK$498 per person.

Weekend Brunch includes 6 appetizers, 1 main course, and 1 dessert, with an additional HK$198 for free flow of Sangria, Cava sparkling wine, fruit juice, and soda for two hours. The 6 Tapas appetizers include garlic olive oil prawns, grilled Spanish octopus, Spanish Basque coffee crab toast, fried Spanish green peppers, dried ham with tomato sauce, and herb-cooked Iberian shoulder slices, offering a variety of dishes. Before the main course is served, there will also be Spanish snacks such as olives, squid slices, and potato salad.

The main course offers 7 options to choose from, such as roasted suckling pig, braised wagyu beef cheeks, and grilled bb lamb rack. A special recommendation is the newly launched Spanish Red Prawn Paella (additional HK$68/minimum of two people), specially prepared by the chef for this 24th-anniversary brunch. The Spanish red prawns, seared with high heat, are rich and sweet, with incredibly tender meat. The Spanish rice cooked in special prawn broth, with added squid and shrimp, absorbs all the essence of the seafood, mixed with lemon juice, sea urchin garlic egg yolk sauce, creating an even more fresh and flavorful taste.

Dessert recommendation: Lemon Caramel Cheesecake Tart, refreshing and tangy, paired with crispy Spanish churros dipped in rich chocolate sauce. Available for brunch on weekends and public holidays, served in two time slots: 11:30am–1:30pm and 1:45pm–3:45pm. Perfect for gathering with friends and enjoying the afternoon.
