In the Tuen Mun area, there are many delicious foods, and recently a new dreamy pink-themed restaurant has opened! The newly opened “Tori-Za Ten” is decorated like a typical American restaurant seen in Hollywood movies, with pink neon lights, flower arrangements, American comics, and a corner with a rattan cradle that is a must-visit spot.
The menu includes many new Asian light dishes, among which the recommended appetizer “Sea Urchin Drunk Abalone” is featured. Seasonal sea urchin and abalone are slowly cooked, then cooled in ice water, leaving a fresh and lingering taste.
The signature main dish is “Smoked Apple Wood Roasted Chicken”, where the spring chicken is marinated with mustard, herbs, and other seasonings for two days to enhance the flavor, resulting in juicy meat. The Roast House also offers chicken flavors such as herb honey, Sichuan spicy, and fried chicken. Additionally, you can choose from Hong Kong-style “Evil Golden Lava”, Taiwanese-style “Salt and Pepper”, Japanese-style “Yuzu Honey”, and more.
There are also other creative combinations, such as “Peking Duck Pancake”, “Boston Lobster Tom Yum Soup with Sweet Potato and Tapioca Flour Crust”, and “Crispy Soft Shell Crab Laksa inspired by Southeast Asian ‘Rojak Mee'”.
There is also the “Intensely Brewed Crystal Powdered Beef Short Rib Boat” marinated with satay marinated American USDA beef short ribs, paired with a rich and fragrant soup base filled with golden and coriander flavors, rich in layers. Finally, why not try a cup of chocolate milkshake, topped with marshmallows and chocolate, smooth and rich.
