JW Marriott Hotel collaborates with Chantecaille to launch a limited edition afternoon tea inspired by embracing beautiful natural ecosystems. Chantecaille’s latest autumn limited edition charity makeup collection focuses on the black panther in the Amazon rainforest and the mountain lion in Yellowstone National Park, helping to conserve their habitats, and this collaboration afternoon tea is also inspired by these two large feline animals.
In the afternoon tea, there are black sesame madeleines in the shape of cat claws, made with Japanese black sesame and filled with molten black sesame, rich and fragrant. The grapefruit white cheesecake is decorated with black panther and American lion patterns, while the red cherry chocolate is wrapped in dark chocolate with cherry liqueur and cherry chocolate sponge cake, placed on a piece of autumn leaf almond biscuit, beautifully shaped.
In terms of savory dishes, there are lobster salad with mango sauce, golden and crispy tiger prawn spring rolls dipped in sweet and sour sauce, pan-seared scallops with lemon and cherry sauce, abalone tarts made with South African 14-head abalone, and more, perfect for seafood lovers.
Each guest who enjoys the afternoon tea collaboration will receive a Chantecaille gift set (valued at HK$705), including a 5ml Rose de Mai Cream, a 4ml Rose de Mai Face Oil, a 2ml Darby Rose fragrance, an 8ml Flower Harmonizing Cleansing Milk, and an 8ml Rose de Mai Cleansing Water.
