Korean-style Yuen Long village house new café! Homemade cold brew coffee, a variety of restaurant-level dishes

Recently, there have been many cafes inside village houses, and one of the newly opened ones is Bendito Café in Yuen Long San Wai Village, located across from EIS International Pre-school at the intersection of Fuk Hing Lane. The corner village house has been renovated with horizontal wooden exterior walls, with around ten seats inside the shop. The small house across the street is a coffee bar and cake display, with the same wooden walls lining the wide village road, with trees and green leaves as the background, creating a Korean hanok cafe atmosphere.

The menu at this café offers more options than usual, with categories including soup, snacks, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and pasta. There are nearly 30 styles to choose from, with 6 salad options and 5 pizza options alone. The White Wine Creamy Blue Mussel (HK$78), although listed as a snack, comes in a generous portion with a rich creamy sauce, while the Fig Salad with Parma Ham (HK$88) also offers a substantial serving.

Melo Bakery also offers homemade desserts, including apple crumble tart, French lemon tart, and Matcha mousse cake. Another must-try is the Sakura Shrimp Cookie (HK$98), a thin and crispy cookie filled with the savory flavor of shrimp oil.

The drinks are managed by experienced baristas. In addition to regular coffee, there will also be single-origin pour-over coffee, and cold brew and iced drip coffee made in-house, perfect for cooling off in the summer. There are also many specialty flavored coffees or drinks, including latte coffee, and orange Americano coffee.
