Central Soho district restaurant with California-style creative cuisine! Truffle French toast / beef duet

Central Soho’s Cultivate, which has always been known for its creative cuisine, has recently introduced new dishes inspired by Chef Leonard’s childhood memories in California.

The limited-time September menu features nine dishes, with highlights including the “In & Out Beef Tartare” inspired by the famous California burger joint In & Out. The beef tenderloin is finely chopped and mixed with onions, duck egg yolk, and the secret In & Out sauce, served with double-fried potato chips and retro tomatoes cooked in tomato broth.

Another highlight is the upgraded version of “French savory toast”, with a golden crispy surface and a molten center, drizzled with a sauce made from Macau-style beef broth, and paired with two types of mushrooms and winter black truffles, the taste is rich! The “California Summer Beef Duet” includes Brandt sirloin steak and honey beef ribs, with marbling comparable to Wagyu beef, paired with miso fairy tale eggplant, basil crisps, roasted bamboo shoots, radish slices, honey-flavored chicken oil mushrooms, and other vegetables.

Finally, there is a dessert combination called “Blueberry Picnic”, which includes desserts made with pandan, lime, chocolate, and peanuts, an American Yankee corn cake adorned with precious blueberries, and a chrysanthemum dried corn whole wheat blend, allowing you to experience multiple delicious flavors at once.
