While enjoying fine wine, Bacchus Wine & Restaurant offers a French delicacy, the signature dish “12 Days Dry Aged Chicken Glazed with Sichuan Pepper” on a daily limited basis. This dish originates from a well-known classic French recipe, combined with Sichuan spicy peppercorns, commonly used French herbs such as thyme, lemon, rosemary, and garlic. The taste is vibrant, utilizing matured chicken meat techniques to achieve a crispy exterior, juicy and tender interior.
The dinner menu also offers a wide selection, such as mature cold cuts including duck breast, wagyu beef tongue, Bellota sausage, Morteaux sausage, and beef jerky, as well as dishes like duck with Cardinale fruit puree and orange pollen sauce, octopus with Bellota sausage and smoked chili sauce, cod with potatoes and Normandy-style sauce, and orange liqueur pancakes.
