Modern boutique tea house sighs hand-brewed tea with light vegetarian food! Plant milk tea latte / Japanese-style brown rice tea pickles

Tea and coffee are both a lifestyle taste, and The Tea Academïcs, a modern boutique tea house located in Central, is a place where you can enjoy a relaxing moment with tea.

The tea research shop is created with soft colors to create a comfortable atmosphere, and the tea master will combine traditional tea art with modern tea brewing techniques, brewing tea leaves from tea gardens around the world, bringing out the unique aroma of each tea leaf.

The signature hand-brewed tea collection includes “Yunnan Moonlight White” with a woody floral honey aroma, “Taiwan Sunset Red” with a light ripe fruit aroma of red oolong, Sri Lanka’s “Silver Arrow Black Tea” with a rounded malt sweetness, and Korea’s “Chamomile Surprise” with a subtle floral fragrance. Each hand-brewed tea can be steeped three times with one water addition, savoring the changes in tea flavor. Additionally, there is a selection of “Tea Latte” series made with plant-based milk, including “Pu’er Latte,” “Tieguanyin Latte,” “Uji Matcha Latte,” and “Hojicha Latte.”

In addition to fine tea, there are also new vegetarian dishes available. The “Vegetarian Breakfast Selection” includes fresh grapefruit, yogurt, baked granola, avocado, sourdough bread, and scrambled egg whites. The “Burrata Cheese with Heirloom Tomato Salad” with fennel pesto feels refreshing. The “Grilled Eggplant Brown Rice Tea Pickles” paired with grilled eggplant, enoki mushrooms, sesame, shiso, and Japanese umeboshi, infuses a Japanese feel. There is also a “Nutritious Salad” with a variety of superfoods, including avocado, kale, blueberries, pomegranate, and dressed with sherry vinegar, appetizing and healthy.
