Cookie DPT x KOL limited edition! Indonesian flavor/pandan mochi basque/pineapple bun cookie

Cookie DPT’s American cookies occasionally release limited edition flavors, and this time they have collaborated with trendy KOL Spoon Chan to launch three new products at their Central flagship store!

Born in Indonesia and raised in Hong Kong, Spoon hopes to incorporate elements of Indonesian cuisine into this collaboration, connecting it with their own culture. The most eye-catching item in the collaboration is the bright green “Pandan Mochi Basque Cheesecake” (HK$68/piece). Many people mistakenly believe that Pandan cake originated in Singapore, but Spoon reveals that Indonesia is actually its birthplace, hence using Pandan for the mochi-filled Basque. The cake has a creamy texture, the mochi is soft and chewy, the sweetness is just right, and there’s even a quota for trying the cookies!

Cookie DPT’s original creation, Pineapple Bun Cookie, turns the cookie surface into a crispy pineapple bun crust. This collaborative product, “Pineapple Pineapple Bun Cookie” (HK$45), is themed around the most commonly eaten fruit in Indonesia, pineapple. Pineapple jam is infused into the middle of the cookie, resulting in a very prominent pineapple flavor, with a sweetness higher than that of a cheesecake.

The last limited edition product is the “Avocado Smoothie” (HK$55), a common drink in Indonesia. Even the chocolate sauce decoration on the cup is full of local characteristics. Made with avocado, condensed milk, and ice, it is smooth, rich, and refreshing.

Spoon has also created colorful patterns for this collaboration, turning eye-catching orange, yellow, and green graphics into stickers, as well as using them as decorations in the store, bringing a cheerful and lively atmosphere to the clean white space, perfect for taking photos. These three collaborative products will be available at the Central flagship store until September 18, while the pineapple bun cookies will be available at all branches.
