Central Artistic Fusion Restaurant! Seasonal Oysters/Sea Urchin Flat Wide Noodles Brunch, Bar with Japanese Cocktails

After a good rest on the weekend, why not take your time to enjoy brunch! The Italian-Japanese restaurant Pazzi Isshokenmei at the art landmark H Queen’s in Central has an elegant and spacious environment, decorated with many art pieces, perfect for taking photos. The restaurant has recently launched a weekend brunch menu!

This Weekend Brunch offers 3 types of seasonal oysters and 4 types of sashimi. For appetizers, there are Italian Parma ham, black truffle edamame, fried shrimp tempura, lemon marinated oilfish, as well as a selection of Japanese rolls available for order, including spicy salmon, snow crab, and prawn. The highlight main course is the sea urchin flat noodles, rich in texture and delicious in taste, followed by a dessert platter and soft serve ice cream.

In addition to Brunch, you can also choose a five-course tasting menu, with the menu only briefly listing ingredients such as abalone, sea bass, three-yellow chicken, etc., full of mystery! In addition, there are the restaurant’s new-style noodles, including miso crab meat handmade noodles, Hokkaido sea urchin wide egg noodles, and more.

Over the weekend, if you want to enjoy a slightly tipsy time, you can head to the restaurant’s brand new hidden bar MONA. The bar’s decor design echoes the restaurant’s style, and you can even find traces of the world-famous painting “Mona Lisa’s Smile.” Try Japanese cocktails like Bee’s Kochi, Local Japan, Mona Tomball, Lisa Sour, and also check out the outdoor terrace space.
