In summer, there are more tea sets themed around various fruits. However, if you are a “chocolate lover,” you may want to pay attention to the “Chocolate Paradise Afternoon Tea” recently launched by the Lobby Lounge at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung and the Italian gelato shop Venchi!
Fresh seasonal ingredients and Venchi chocolate are used for afternoon tea, with Piedmont hazelnuts and Bronte pistachios. The fragrant orange Italian jelly panna cotta is made with 75% Venchi premium Italian chocolate, Italian sparkling cocktail, and candied orange peel. The Italian cheesecake is made with smooth mascarpone cheese, topped with 60% Venchi chocolate on the surface, and also features a distinct layer of matcha pistachio mousse.
In terms of savory options, Venchi selected nuts are used, including Italian pasta salad, tender seared tuna with basil salsa, and Italian hazelnuts, as well as bagged cheese with roasted figs, pistachios, and mint. Hazelnut pancakes are paired with Venchi Suprema Nicciola XV Italian hazelnuts and Italian mascarpone cheese, served with Porter Coffee locally roasted artisan coffee or selected teas.
