Currently, there are three flavors available at the pop-up store, “Peanut Butter Roll Cake” (HK$180) with peanuts added to the sponge cake, full of nutty aroma; “Passion Fruit Lemon Roll Cake” (HK$175) has a very refreshing overall taste, and the cake texture is even softer; and “Marukyu Koyamaen Hojicha Roll Cake” (HK$155).
Another must-buy is cookies, including textures like American cookies, “Double Chocolate Cookies” (HK$45), “Matcha Macadamia Nut Cookies” (HK$45), “Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies” (HK$40), “Pistachio Raspberry Cookies” (HK$48), all of which are thick and generous.
If you like a slightly salty flavor, you can choose a box of ten pieces of boxed cookies (HK$150). This series of cookies leans towards a thin and crispy texture. The “Cheddar Cheese Mexican Chili Cookie” in it adds granular Mexican chili flakes, giving a crispy and melty feeling upon entering the mouth.
