Central popular ramen shop Bubble Cold Noodles! Seasonal red vinegar crab broth, extremely rich chicken white broth miso dipping noodles/ramen

The popular ramen shop “Ritoru-hai” in Central will launch three limited-time noodle dishes for the autumn and winter seasons starting from September 5th, with daily limited quantities!

The bubble shape of the “Cool Breeze Red Snow Crab Broth Cold Noodles” is quite unique, perfect for social media check-ins! Once touched, it releases a faint fresh citrus scent, while the noodles hidden inside the bubble are full of savory flavor. The soup base is made from seasonal red snow crab from Tottori Prefecture, Japan, paired with a salt sauce made from “Sasakawa-style seaweed salt” and “Seto Inland Sea coarse salt”, fresh clams marinated in white soy sauce and mirin, delicious and fragrant.

Udon noodles are made with Hokkaido Yume no Chikara wheat flour from Japan, combined with crab broth and enjoyed after being chilled, resulting in a more chewy and elastic texture. The cold noodles come with seared Hokkaido scallops, red-heart eggs made by Ranou eggs from Oita Prefecture in Japan, Hokkaido Tokachi pork, and are served with homemade pickled onions, making it very appetizing!

“The Five Times Ultra-Rich Chicken White Soup Miso Dipping Noodles” is the first dipping noodles offered by the store. The ultra-rich chicken white soup is made from organically raised Tanba chickens from Kyoto, Japan, and enhanced with secret miso to elevate the rich chicken soup flavor, along with thinly sliced Tokachi pork and thick noodles.

There is also “Five Times Concentrated Chicken White Soup Miso Ramen”, with a rich soup base made from Tanba chicken and secret miso, garnished with black sesame oil and chili oil, paired with homemade thick noodles, Tokachi pork braised in soy sauce, and Kochi Prefecture leeks, rich in flavor.
