The Tiffany Blue Box Café summer limited edition afternoon tea! Blue Box cake / strawberry jelly soup / peach puff

Many people love to check in at The Tiffany Blue Box Café, which recently launched a summer limited edition afternoon tea. The classic three-tiered stand features a variety of savory and sweet treats that are very Instagrammable!

The top-tier dessert is the Mango Coconut Dacquoise, made with fresh mango and coconut sticky rice, accompanied by mango cream chocolate sauce and lime zest, exuding a sweet fruity aroma. The bright red peach puff pastry is filled with Japanese peach flesh, jam, and cream, fresh and juicy. The Mini Blue Box cake in a square box shape also returns, with a 70% dark chocolate mousse cake inside, sandwiched with hazelnut crunch and raspberry sauce, rich and fragrant.

The middle tier of savory treats is also created with fresh pairings, such as the chamomile jelly and green apple pine crab box, the foie gras mousse puff pastry complemented by seasonal fruits and passion fruit jelly, and the strawberry jelly soup infused with ricotta cheese. The bottom layer features a brand new homemade French almond cake, along with crispy and fragrant garlic salt flower scones, served with whipped cream, tomato jam, and honey pearl. For an additional cost, you can pair it with the Tiffany Blue signature cocktail or Parisian Flower extra brut champagne.
