Afternoon tea desserts include honey-filled macarons, mango Napoleon with flowers, honey yogurt mango jelly, honey lemon yogurt grapefruit cake, and rose raspberry mascarpone tart topped with chocolate petals and gold foil, exquisitely designed. Also available is unlimited homemade honey yogurt soft ice cream, paired with tangy yogurt crisps, satisfying the taste buds!
The savory options include crab meat and fish roe crispy biscuit, Italian buffalo mozzarella with watermelon and cucumber skewers in a floral shape, slow-cooked black pork belly in puff pastry box with quail egg, pan-seared Hokkaido scallop with black truffle and salmon roe scrambled egg, as well as Italian dry-cured ham wrapped around melon and honey pearl finger sandwiches, with honey balancing the saltiness of the ham.
In addition, there are GREEN signature British scones with clotted cream, homemade raspberry lychee rose jam, and blueberry lemongrass jam, served with premium TWG tea or freshly ground illy coffee.
