Bombshell has just opened a pop-up store in Tsim Sha Tsui, specially producing several new desserts, only available at the pop-up store! This includes a single-serving size of cream puffs that can be enjoyed individually, without the need to order a whole cake to taste the popular items from the store!
The single piece of “Puffy Bomb” (each $68) may be one size, but in fact, each piece has multiple layers and a generous portion. The surface of “Virgin Pina Colada” is covered with golden chocolate, decorated with delicate coconut-shaped chocolates, and the inside contains candied pineapple and coconut custard cream.
The pink-themed “Sakura Dreaming” is coated with pink white chocolate on the outside, decorated with a piece of sakura chocolate, and filled with Hokkaido red bean paste and transparent pink jelly inside. The “Poppin Popcorn” has homemade popcorn cream and hazelnut milk chocolate inside, with colorful sugar beads and popcorn on the surface, making it sweet and delicious.
Want to share with a few friends, you can choose the brand new 5-inch “Neon Cake” (HK$780) that is limited edition. The shiny neon colors are eye-catching, with not only bold colors but also very elaborate decorations on the surface, filled with macarons, mini cream puffs, winter melon cakes, and more. The pop-up store will only be open until the end of December this year, and the pink and purple store design is perfect for taking photos with the cake!
