Attention all strawberry lovers! The Langham Hotel in Hong Kong has launched a limited-time new midsummer strawberry afternoon tea, featuring British seasonal strawberries as the main theme, bringing a fresh taste.
Tea set includes 4 delicate shaped desserts, with “Summer Fruit Medley” served in glass cups combining fresh strawberries, mango, and white wine jelly, each bite is sweet and refreshing, while “Strawberry Garden” features a strawberry tart base topped with lemon cheesecake mousse, giving a fresh sensation. Additionally, there is a strawberry pistachio roll “Happy Waltz”, and a “Heart-shaped Profiterole” with white chocolate cream inside.
The savory options include smoked salmon tart with smoked salmon, Spanish ham salad, fig jam with foie gras tart, and black truffle cheese cucumber sandwich. Homemade soft English scones and raisin scones served with signature cherry jam, rose petal jam, and Devonshire cream, while beverages include summer strawberry non-alcoholic cocktails, echoing the strawberry theme.
