This year’s summer ice cream collaboration with the 80-year-old soy product brand Shu Kee features a creamy soft ice cream with a tofu skin roll made by Shu Kee, along with barley, and ginkgo nuts, resembling a bowl of tofu skin dessert! Served in a traditional chicken bowl for an added nostalgic touch, you can even take the bowl home after finishing it.
Another refreshing dessert full of childhood memories is the Honeydew Melon Duo (HK$48), made with fresh French honeydew melon into a popsicle, with a chocolate shell made to look like honeydew skin, and pumpkin seeds in the middle acting as the seeds, adding more texture.
The Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake gift box is also made into a three-dimensional pomelo shape, with lanterns carved with stars, circles, and other shapes, and the inside is made of silver shiny material to make the lanterns more dazzling. The pomelo lantern can be hung up with a hemp rope, so you can bring it to admire the moon anytime, anywhere!
