Red Hook New Kai Di Mediterranean Restaurant! Boston Lobster Bisque / Fresh Oysters / Salmon Tata

The Bayside, a new restaurant recently opened on the ground floor of Kowloon Harbourfront Hotel, featuring Mediterranean cuisine from Valencia, Spain to Venice, Italy, with a stunning Victoria Harbour view and outdoor terrace for photo opportunities.

The restaurant, with an open kitchen and bar, covers about 6,000 square feet. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, including fresh oysters, Spanish tapas, handmade pasta, and dry-aged beef. Guests can also enjoy a variety of wines, signature cocktails, and house-made vermouth, creating a delightful drinking experience.

During lunchtime, appetizers will be served in a self-service format, including classic cold dishes, soup, salad, cheese platter, thin-crust pizza, homemade desserts, to whet your appetite before enjoying the main course! In the afternoon, there will be a selection of sweet and savory treats, while dinner starts at 5:30pm, where you can choose from Mediterranean delicacies such as salmon or avocado tartare, crab cakes, truffle cheese, Boston lobster bisque, Basque cheesecake with raspberry sorbet, and more.
