New Indian cuisine restaurant opens in Sai Ying Pun! Traditional brick oven baked thin crust pizzas, smoked grilled chicken skewers.

Recently, a new Indian restaurant, Tandoori Bites, opened in Sai Ying Pun. It is opened by an Indian who has lived in Hong Kong for many years. The restaurant features a traditional clay oven for making Indian dishes, and the ingredients and spices are imported from India and the Himalayas, bringing authentic Indian flavors.

Recommended Tandoori Chicken Momo is a popular street food, marinated with a variety of spices, then baked in a brick oven, fried to create a sweet and delicious dumpling, and enjoyed with a spicy sauce.

Eating Indian food, of course, cannot be without flatbread! Grilled Chicken Naanza combines the essence of Italian flatbread, adding grilled chicken to buffalo cheese and baked in a brick oven. Indian Lamb Biryani mixes Indian basmati rice with marinated lamb, paired with various spices and slow-cooked in a small ceramic pot until the meat is tender.

In addition, there are dishes from North India such as Uttrakhandi Pahadi Tikka, as well as Goan Fish Curry served with garlic naan. Vegetarian options include Samosa Chaat, Gujrati Hara Bhara Kabab, bringing a go green choice!
