This summer, there are many fruit-themed afternoon teas, such as the “RockitTM Apple Feast” tea set for two, a collaboration between AMMO and New Zealand apple brand Rockit.
Originating from the southern Hawke’s Bay region of the North Island of New Zealand, the Rockit® apple has firm flesh, high sweetness, and a rich aroma. The “Rockit® Apple Feast” features a variety of sweet and savory treats made with Rockit® apples. The four savory options include a potato bacon salad sandwich with pickled sweet and sour apples, apple jelly foie gras mousse toast, Japanese apple curry puff, and prosciutto with dried figs and honeydew, each offering a unique sweet fragrance.
In terms of desserts, there are vanilla mousse apple, apple golden treasure, cheesecake caramel pudding tart, and crystal clear apple rose water dorayaki.
The English scones for afternoon tea also have their own unique characteristics. In addition to clotted cream, they are also served with homemade apple sauce, which is sweet and refreshing. For an additional HK$68, you can enjoy an “Apple Delight” cocktail or a cup of “Earl Grey Apple Tea.” Each guest will also receive five Häagen-Dazs® apple ice cream cones.
